What we collect
In the Build with AI form: name, WhatsApp or email, your request and the optional answers (business link, country, timeline and budget). We also log the date and a technical identifier of the submission to prevent abuse.
How we use it
Only to answer your request and prepare a proposal. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.
WhatsApp chats
VitrineIA’s WhatsApp is answered by Lia, an AI virtual assistant. Chats are used only to handle your request. Do not send health data or data about other people.
How long
We keep requests for up to 12 months, or less if you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data at contato@vitrineiadigital.cloud.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser only stores your currency choice and the form draft, so you do not lose what you wrote.
