This policy explains how VitrineIA - Soluções Digitais handles the data you send through this website and our channels. We follow Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and plain privacy practice for clients in other countries.

What we collect

In our forms: your name, email or phone, country, company size, budget range if you choose to share it, and what you want to build. For Enterprise requests, also the company name and team size. We log the date and a technical identifier of the connection to prevent abuse.

How we use it

Only to answer your request and prepare a proposal. We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the providers needed to answer you, listed on our Security page.

Lia and WhatsApp

Lia is an AI assistant. Conversations with her are used only to handle your request. Please don’t send passwords, card numbers, sensitive personal data or other people’s data.

AI providers

Some requests are processed by commercial AI model providers, such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, through their APIs. They receive only what is needed to answer you.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to answer your request. Ask us and we delete it.

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data at contato@vitrineiadigital.cloud.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser only keeps a draft of a form you started, so you don’t lose what you wrote.
