The providers we use.
AI models: OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, through their APIs or through OpenRouter. Website, forms and email: Hostinger. WhatsApp conversations with Lia: Meta (WhatsApp). The providers in your project are named in your proposal.
Website forms: what we collect.
Your name, email or phone, country, company size, an optional budget range and what you want to build. For Enterprise requests, also the company name and team size. With each request we record the date and a technical identifier of the connection, to block abuse.
What it is for.
Only to answer your request and prepare a proposal.
Where it is kept.
On our hosting server, in a folder outside the public website.
How to ask for deletion.
Write to contato@vitrineiadigital.cloud and we delete your request.
Each project has its own data terms.
Which systems, accounts and data a project can touch, and how they are handled, is agreed in writing in each proposal.
What we don’t claim.
We don’t hold SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar certifications, and we don’t offer an uptime guarantee today. If your company requires them, tell us before we start.
