5 checks before publishing text written with AI

Five minutes of review prevent factual errors, promises you cannot keep and customer-data problems.

AI writes fast and with confidence, even when it is wrong. Before you post, send or print, run through these five questions.

1. Do the numbers and facts have a source?

Prices, dates, laws, statistics: if you do not know where it came from, check it or delete it. AI sometimes invents data that looks right.

2. Is there a promise in it?

"Guaranteed results", "the best in town", "you will profit": cut them. Promise only what you always deliver.

3. Does it sound like you?

Swap the words you would never use. Customers notice when the text does not have your voice.

4. Did any personal data go into the AI?

Do not paste customer names, phone numbers, IDs or chats into an AI tool unless you know how it stores that data.

5. Can the image be used?

Real people’s faces only with permission. If the platform asks you to label AI-made content, do it.
