How to ask an AI for something and get a useful answer
Four parts that turn a vague request into text you can actually use.

Most weak AI answers come from requests that are too short. "Write a post for my shop" leaves the tool guessing almost everything. A good request has four parts.
1. Who you are
Say your trade, your city and who your customer is. "I run a neighborhood bakery in Miami; my customers are families who buy bread in the morning."
2. What you want
One task at a time, with its goal. "Write a caption announcing the cheese bread that comes out of the oven at 4 pm."
3. In what format
Length, tone and structure. "Up to 4 lines, friendly tone, end by inviting people to message us on WhatsApp."
4. What to avoid
Limits make the text sound like you. "No slang, do not invent discounts, do not promise delivery."
Then review it
Read it out loud. If it does not sound like you talking to a customer at the counter, ask for a change: "shorter", "less formal", "cut the adjectives". The AI writes the draft; the final word is yours.
